Our first step is to have a discovery interview to better understand your business's specific needs and how our solutions can help you grow your business. Typically less and 45min length, this initial interview establishes how Smart Service can create immediate impact and what features are most useful to you as the business owner or manager, as well as your sales, service and dispatch personnel.

ONSITE DEMO
WITH YOUR TEAM

Next, we'll schedule a time to come to your facility and demonstrate the advantages of Smart Service with your key personnel.  Getting buy-in from your team will drive a seamless implementation process.

We'll set aside as much time as needed to walk the key stakeholders in your company through our solutions. Lastly, we'll establish the implementation plan & schedule.

ONSITE TRAINING & IMPLEMENTATION
